Hi!

I became a member only for this template, which is a great one.

However, I can’t fix the position of JA News module on top of articles.

Checked the parameters, but didn’t appear the position called “ja-news”, as shown in this thread:

How can I make it appear? or how can I use another position to put the position on top as in the demo?

I’m using Joomla version 1.0.15

Hi esterlizia !
do you use template package not qucikstart package ?
if you use template package , you must create ja-news position , you go to admin >> Site >> template manager >> Module positions
you enter ja-news to text box and save it.

Wow

Thanks a lot for your help… yes, I figure it out after several of cups coffee… My suggestion to you guys is to add that very image in the Userguide, I bet it will help some other people. Please, don’t think we’re dumb, it’s just that we’re not familiar with many extensions, settings and templates you have here…

Now, I have managed to configure the template, and for now everything appears to work OK. However, I have a few questions, the Headline JAnews module part, does update the newest articles by itself automaticly or should I specify the articles myself? if so, how?

And about the template in the demo, how did you guys add that “Style Life blog” column there??

I’m using Joomla version 1.0.15
Installed the template, not quickinstall

Hi esterlizia !
JA heading only displays frontpage content . you can config for content ordering in admin of ja news .
