Hi,
Since we have just upgraded the support system to a new version, so the old link you got to submit a ticket is invalid now, therefore it catched errors. The new one is http://support.joomlart.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
But I will fix to automatically redirect you to that new link even though you use the old one.1 user says Thank You to Don Lee for this useful post
November 12, 2010 at 3:13 pm #362615i was following the links on your site to submit a ticket, both in my user drop menu at the top of the page and in the resources section of the site. i was getting the error when i tried to follow those links. it looks like you have since fixed the issue though.
thanks.

Sorry for not telling you to wait while we are debugging the root as this seems difficult case. Anyway, we have a few findings and solutions for you via your another thread: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/urgent-bug-report-javascript-conflict-with-k2-also-in-quickstart/)
Try the advices and let us know the result there for further follow up. Thanks
