How do you turn off the responsive layout. I dont want the layout to change at all, even when viewed by mobile device. I switched the responsive switch to “Off” in the general settings in the template, but it still responds when viewing on different devices.

Please Go to Administrator -> Extensions -> Template Manager -> Ja Beranis -> General Tab -> set Enable responsive to OFF -> Save

This will disable the responsive of your site. Later you can ON this feature.
