Hello,

I’ve got the same problem with the JA Graphite 1.6 template as I did (or actually still do) with the JA Rave 1.6 template… I enable the twitter module, in the backend I type in my twitter account name and voila… no tweets appear in the frontend. I can change the button style (which appears changed in the frontend) and just about anything else (like ‘ text for custom heading’) in the module and it shows up in the frontend… except for the tweets.

I hope someone can help me with this… thanks!

Hi arckoo,

I checked your site but could not reproduce the issue at my end. Using your twitter id, I can see number of tweets in my JA twitter module. I have asked another JA support member to take a look at the issue. Please wait till I get back to you tomorrow.

thanks for looking into it and good to hear it works fine at your end. I didn’t hear anything from your collegue yet… could you ask him/her if he/she looked into it? I still can’t see any tweets at my end…
