July 13, 2013 at 5:59 pm #188930Can I create an twitter application for the twitter account of one of our cutomers?
Or does the application/dev account need to be created under the specific twitter account?I tried first and there is no import with JA Wall anymore…
Greetings Frank

July 15, 2013 at 7:25 am #499015Hi Frank,
If the purpose is just getting the OAuth information, you can do like that but it’s recommended to create app under associated Twitter account.

July 17, 2013 at 11:25 am #499303Hi Saguaros,
thanks for your Feedback. At one of our customer sites I did implementation as mentioned but it looks not to work anyway.
Will now try with OAuth directly of used twitter accout.
Greetings.

July 24, 2013 at 9:29 am #500014Hi Saguaros,
thanks for your follow up.
Nope, unfortunately it’s not working.
Neather with twitter module nor with JA System Social Feed plugin.Corresponding site is http://www.obsolescence.com
Twitter module can be found at single article view.
System Social Feed at “Twitter” menue. As you can see at the social feed it suddenly stoppt on 11th June – right when Twitter change API settings.
However, I already set correct OAuth data.
Any ideas? Any tracking/log options to track the problem?Saguaros ModeratorSaguaros
