Seems something didn’t go quite right with your upgrade as the layout is incorrect. Could you PM me a super admin logon and link to your site so I could take a look for you?

Hi all-

First, a huge thanks to Leo Burnetts and the JA team for their really dedicated support on this issue. Leo spent a good hour or two with me until the issue was resolved. That’s pretty amazing!

The issue was that the JA Extension Manager wasn’t correctly updating the plugin. Once we just installed it manually, it all worked completely fine.

Thanks again, and I hope this will help others in resolving their issue.
