it looks like a CSS thing, I’ve seen it in other templates, if you remove the word “experts” you should see it sits nicely around the word “featured”
making the text bold in the menu is probably CSS as well, Can’t suggest fixs without a url to the site.

font-weight:bold;inbetween the { } symbols.
that will add boldness to the menu items, The featured experts is displaying correctly in my browser is it still causing you problems?
