When trying to log into my website their is not option to enter the google two factor authentication key and I am getting the following error/warning:

Warning
The two factor authentication Secret Key is invalid.

Can you please update this template…

No, Frontend! I took site offline to update a number of modules and change the template from Purity III to Ja Resume. After making the change my client notice the two factor authentication Secret Key is invalid warning!

also the box to enter the code was not showing either…

Hi

Share as private reply a temp super user account to your backend and disable the two factor authentication key so i can login to your website.

Just to be clear this authentication method has nothing to do with templates since login module and plugin are core joomla

my client won’t allow me to do that…

But here is two joomlart templates one shows the TWo Way Box and the other doesn’t!

The second image should say Does not show! Forgot to add the word not…

As i said it is related to Joomla core and not to the template
