I’ve setup JA Charity at here: http://tnvc.vn/

1. Every modules are created succesful, only Gallery module can not save, i do follow your guide but it appear error: ( the attached file)

For 2 . It look like the template style you are using for the News Menu does not have component block in the layout . You need to apply a template style for That contains component block in its layout .
You can check the layout from template options > Layout Tab.

Open the News menu item and you can see template style option in it .

Special page blank content menu type does not load a component block .
Try to apply a sub layout in JA charity news template that have component block .
if this does not work you need to change the menu type to featured block or category blog .
because blank content only loads the module positions .

I’ve change to Category Blog and set template style News(Semon), but still can not display news detail, it is only show title and description, not full content.

Need more help!

Another Bugs: Apply a sub layout in JA charity news template that have component block . It run ok, but what sub layout for Gallery??? In your help document, Joomlart does not mention about each layout of each menu!
