Dear,

Please try edit css rule for background as below:

body#bd {
background: url('../templates/ja_erio/images/bg_body.png') repeat-x #fff;
border-bottom: 10px solid #1a1a1a;
color: #333;
padding: 5px 0 0;
}
edit to

body#bd {
background: url('../templates/ja_erio/images/bg_body.png') no-repeat center top #fff;
border-bottom: 10px solid #1a1a1a;
color: #333;
padding: 5px 0 0;
}

Please look the screenshot http://prntscr.com/11rq3z . You fill incorrect background image path http://www.gogo.hr/templates/ja_erio/templates/ja_erio/images/bg_body2.png , please edit it to http://www.gogo.hr/templates/ja_erio/images/bg_body2.png
