July 15, 2007 at 2:38 am #224230It makes it a little easier to approach the issue at hand if I can see and also view your code and maybe come up with a resolution for your problem. Let’s start here then…What version of JA News are you using?

July 15, 2007 at 4:12 am #224231JA News 1.1.2 (Update 14 May 2007)
what code do you want
here’s the code for the news item

<img border=”0″ src=”/images/stories/news/elderly.jpg” width=”147″ height=”113″ align=”left”>Tools May Allow Monitoring of the Elderly, Which May Allow Them to Remain
Independent.

<br />
“I feel very fortunate and I enjoy it,” he said. “I have wonderful neighbors and I enjoy the view.”the read more should appear here automatically
I used jce to edit, then turned it off, i don’t usually use any editor
o’yeah, the first item always shows the read more correctly
then it adds the gray bar to the restbigrk Friendbigrk

July 15, 2007 at 2:54 pm #224248There are a number of problems that occur when using JA News version 1.1.2 with the Teline template. There is supposed to be a new version coming along pretty soon to correct those problems but until then I would recommend going back to version 1.1.1 of JA News.
