there is an error in the typography codes for Download.
Instead of using div class use p class:

Replace this:
This is a sample download. Use <div class=”download”><p>Your download goes here!</p> to form a download!

with this:
This is a sample download. Use <p class=”download”><p>Your download goes here!</p> to form a download!
