May 9, 2017 at 5:48 pm #1032508Hello,
I have installed the uber business template alone (without sample data) and installed all the modules / plugin separately on an existing website and I am trying to build the home page following the related instruction of the uber business docs but for some reason the slide show is not displaying. I created the module that contains the slides with position "business-home", I created two slide – modules with position "business-slide-items", assignes all those 3 modules to "all pages", and checked also in the template if it was assigned to the right page.
There is surely something I don’t do correctly. Can you please let me know what I should check further ?
Thank you for your help.

May 9, 2017 at 6:04 pm #1032513Hello, I just saw that for some reason the module position name was "home" instead of "business-home" in the "layout" template settings. I renamed it to "business-home" and then it worked.
Then I have another question, as is I selected the "home-business" style in the "layout" tab of the template settings, this cannot be applied to the entire site as it is only displaying "acm-header, business-home, message and acm-footer" positions, it is missing the "component" which shows the content of Joomla articles. Does this mean that I have to create another template style from uber and select the "default" settings in the "layout" tab of template settings for the other pages of the website ?

Hello
Yes it is correct, you need to create also a default layout for other pages using joomla component block ( article )
May i suggest to install on a subfolder or on your localhost a quickstart version of the template, in this way you can copy settings or learn in a better way how to work with uber template.
Regards
