Hi jp,

There maybe something wrong with your server. I will attach the sample package of UBer – Medicare template here so you can install into your site

Go to Backend > Extensions > Manager > Upload Package file > CLick ‘Choose File’ to browse the attached file below and install it: http://prntscr.com/9z6otd

Remember to backup the current site first as when you install this package, it will override all DB on existing site.

Hi I have the same problem, the Joomlart installer list is empty, where do I get the sample site downloads please? Also what caused my list to be empty?

It may due to your server specific, kindly check and make sure these things:

• PHP memory limit: at least 128Mb or above
• Permission for file/folder: file-644 and folder-755

You may ask your hosting for help to check these.

If it still doesn’t show, tell me the sample site you want to install, I will send you the package.

Hello,

can I please step in in this Topic?

I´ve the same problem installing uber template, there are no sample data shown.
(Server php memory limit is 60mb, and it´s not allowed to change that)

Is it possible to get "gym&fitness", "home" and "landing page"?

I guess one PHP lib is not enabled in server side so it doesn’t show.

Yes, I did those steps, set the template as default, but still I can’t find/see the sample data. I think I’m missing some settings?
