I have published my website http://www.cretehorizon.com/ and I now realise that uber template is not designed for good SEO.
1- Images size is far too large on Home Page in the module Type = Articles – Category
Running the google tool Page speed insights (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/) gives a result of 24/100 for my Home page because the images (although displayed as 68×68 square) are too large. BUT I cannot reduce by 99% the size of the images (as suggested) because these are the intro images and are the ones used for the blog layout and they need to be large (350×350) on the inside blog page.
2- The use of Ja Masthead means that there are no

tag on the pages and this is not a good rule for SEO.

If anyone facing the same two problem has found some solutions, I would like to read it.

I strongly recommend that UBER template be improved for SEO, in the meantime I won’t use it again.

Hi @carolinew,

You will need to reduce the size of intro images but if you’re showing this article in both homepage and blog page, it would be hard.

For the JA Masthead module, it also supports to add HTML tag inside via configuration settings, kindly check.
