Trying to get bullets to show up in un-unordered lists, but NOT have them included in menus.

I have an un-ordered list on this page – http://franson.bwpcommunications.com/services/master-planning-studies

It’s under where it says, “Expertise includes:” I can add the code in to have bullets show up, but when I add the code to .column ul il, it also adds bullets to the menus I have in the footer. I just need the bullets in article content, NOT menus.

So basically, when I add a list in the editor (which shows the bullets) I need it that way on the front-end, but ONLY on my article content, not the menus.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
