    Hi Gary,

You can update the URL of your site so I will have a look.

As I can see that "Who we are" module is assigned to Homepage of your site only: http://prntscr.com/9ytomp

If you want it appears in other pages, you need to assign it to menu item of that page and also make sure that page also have ‘section-3’ position as homepage now.

Perhaps an explanation as to what I am trying to achieve. I am using RSForms on the website and want to achieve the a look that is similar to the "contact us" that you achieved on that page. What I want is to get the 3 blue boxes onto the contact us form page that I have constructed using RSForms. Using the spotlight position does not work on the form pages as this position has 4 columns and I need three.

In Spotlight block, you can click the number to choose how many columns will display, if you want 3, just click number 3: http://prntscr.com/9z6znj

Yes I tried that and it didn’t work. I clicked on 3 then save the mod then go back in the it and it remains on the number 4.

Something wrong with the permission on your site so you can’t save the changes. I did checked via Backend > System Information and saw that almost files are not writable: http://prntscr.com/a0uy44

Kindly check with the host and make sure that you set right permission for file/folder: file-644 and folder-755.

All permissions on the website are set to file/folder: file-644 and folder-755. Joomla is not displaying the permissions correctly. This is do, I think, to Joomla misunderstanding the ownership of the files and folders. For example if I change just the ownership of the files and folders, all files and folders Joomla will show that they are writable even though they are not. I will change the setting on the folders 777, then change column setting to 3. Once that is done will change the privileges back to 755.

    Thanks
    Gary

Joomla often shows it correctly, kindly check with the host and make sure that your web account in hosting / server has full permission to change.

Yes I am the server administrator, I changed the permissions to 777 on the files and folders, except for the config file. Then changed the column setting to 3 which worked then I changed the file/folder back to 644 and folder-755.

    Thanks
    Gary
