I’ve looked through all the posts and i cant find anything that helps with my problem. I installed a fresh installl with JA Portfolio real estate quickstart folder. When i try to change anything in the global settings, I cant save anything at all. See attached photo.

Another issue. I cant install anything int he backend. ie. i just purchased your membership to get an extention, since my template membershio would not allow the download. I tried to download and i get the following message.

Dear mediaville,

The issue is related to the write permission on your folders,you can try to set the write permmsion for the template folder.
