Sorry if this is a silly question. But how to I create buttons that have been shown under typography?
There is no code given to put them into content area?

October 1, 2010 at 6:54 pm #357359You can easily insert the desired button through typo plugin which can be downloaded from here::
http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=317
Please view the tutorial guide below to know about the specific plugin:

October 1, 2010 at 7:27 pm #357364Thanks a lot for such a quick reply and sorry for bothering you with stupid questions. But somehow I am again struck. I verified that JA Typo Plugin is installed and I am using JCE Editor but the button is not appearing anywhere in the Edit Window.
I have checked that the JA Typo Plugin is installed and enabled. Am I missing something?
Sorry again for the trouble

Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same result, the button is still not visible!

October 1, 2010 at 8:19 pm #357376Have you tried the JA Typo plugin in the Tiny MCE editor instead of JCE? I am not 100% sure it works in JCE as it should.
October 1, 2010 at 8:20 pm #357377Sure, thanks for the help. In the meantime is there any direct way of inserting buttons into the content. I want to insert different types of buttons like Documentation, Login, Join Now at different pages…
October 1, 2010 at 8:23 pm #357379Tried that as well with no luck. I also tried uninstalling and then installing Ver 1 of the plugin. What happened after that was the button was not available however below the edit area, the complete typography was visible. Then I upgraded to Ver 2.0 and then nothing was visible as the screenshots above.

Unfortunately, without a direct link to your site this is going to be impossible for us to diagnose. I am unable to replicate your problem so we really need to see it. It could be down to tons of things.
You can insert the code manually. Simply do a view source on the JA_Social Demo page to see the code for each element you wish to create and then add that html where you want the button etc in your article.
