Hi
on your site there is custom theme and button is using white color
Go to
/templates/ja_intranet/local/css/themes/02/extras/com_easysocial.css
Find

html div#fd.es .btn-es-primary, html div#fd.es .btn-primary {
    color: #ffffff !important;
    background-color: #252525 !important;
    border-color: #181818 !important;
}

change the color code #fffff with another color u want to show .
