Hello guys, I am trying to download several templates, I verify my lience and Im ok..
but when hit the Download button, I get this error.. ” Cannot create folder “

why would that be?

How are you trying to download the templates?

I ask because someone else posted regarding a similar issue – and I tried to download several templates (via Chrome) and it worked in all instances. Which browser are you using?

Thanks, Im using crhome, but I guess I found the reason!

when downloading templates, a zip files stores on your “download” folder, and in some cases, the template you´r trying to download, also haves the same name as those you previusly downloaded, so.. a clenup or renaming all previus downloaded templates solves the issue! just like that!
