My articles on http://www.vansterboras.se/v6/ seem to all be going in one column, i have tried setting the columns to 3 in the module, but it doesn’t seem to help. The joomla version is the one in the quickstart package (Installed 2-3 days ago.)

I see 3 columns on your frontpage in JaNews2 module, for 3 categories.
Nyheter cntains 1 article.
Debattartiklar shows 2 articles.
Motioner shows 3 articles and 1 link to a 4th article.

Is that what you intend to show?

I managed to solve it, i never knew that the amount of columns was in proportion to the number of categories. From the beginning i just intended to have one category, but it’s completely ok this way.

your JA News2 module is set to display 3 intro items, 3 columns, and 3 links.
Since you have only 1 article in first, 2 articles in second, and 4 (or five) articles in third category, your page look like micrantha described 🙂

in my opinion, it will look much better if you set up News2 module to show only 1 intro item, without other links until you publish more articles 🙂
