October 31, 2011 at 8:39 pm #170249I did the following, but still it keeps changing the javacode that I put in a article, for example java becomes MCE:… What else do I need to change?
I only want to do it for 1 article.Go to Extensions>Plugins>editors>TinyMCE and on the right hand side set…
Code Cleanup on Startup: Off
Code cleanup on save: NeverI’m using J1.6

Its just a simple java code paste, that you would normally just paste in a webpage… I just need to know what the fix is, i will do it in the admin myself.

November 1, 2011 at 2:56 am #422692Go to Administrator -> Site -> Global Configuration -> set “Default WYSIWYG Editor” to “Editor – No Editor”
Once the Editor is Disable , you can paste the javascript and you can see the changes in the frontend

you need to disable the editor everytime even If you need to view the edit page of the Article.
