Hi, I have a problem with Disqus Comments, after I Installed the component sh404SEF, I get the error:

“We were unable to load Disqus. If you are a moderator please see our documentation on identifier and urls.”

Maybe it has something to do with the disqus_url o disqus_identifier but but as I’m using your plugin I’m not sure where to look for the error, maybe you can tell me where to fix it?

I’m having the same issue. It’s complaining about the URL
Actual URL to the post with JA Comment plugin (configured to use disqus) is
http://ulight.me/a-little-bit-closer-closer-closer-wow-too-close
but it’s complaining at not being able to find a different URL.

This probably has something to do with sh404sef but ja_comment is not part of the sh404sef component configuration like many other plugins.

Did you use the latest version of JA Comment? If not, please go to this page http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=163 to download the latest one to upgrade yours.
