I have installed Joomla 1.5 and the JAT3 framework. I cloned the blank template JA_purity_II and created JA_Purity_III as per the wiki instructions here:

In the backend I am unable to save or use the apply buttons. I looked in earlier forum posts which suggest ensuring the core and local folders are writable – they are with 777 and tuen off compression. I did this but am still unable to save.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
