I’m not able to save or close the template manager with/without any changes. There are no error message or whatsoever, except for an exclaimation mark besides the fields and tab when i have made changes. Please advise soonest

I could not access ftp account include on thread. From problem as you mentioned, I debugged and found it came from decors layout in JA Argo template, your site is missing some format in decors layout, You need to check it again.
