    i am unable to set menu icons as the toolbox is not loading for some reason when i click on megamenu configuration in the template manager.

    You can disable Admin Tools component on your site and you can see it will work fine on your site.

    Thank you!!

    More specifically, you don’t need to disable Akeeba Admin Tools. In Admin Tools navigate to:

    Web Application Firewall > Configure WAF > Visual Fingerprinting Detection > Allow Site Templates

    and set that option to "Yes"
