Hi,

Did you try to switch default template (Purity III) to a standard template of Joomla like Protostar and see how it shows?

Apologies for the delay.
Yes I did switch the template and it works as expected so I am guessing the issue is with the template.
My problem is I did not set it up and admit that I don’t really understand how the template works!

I had exactly the same problem.

Also only with Purity III…

But…

The problem was a cookie plugin i have installed!

The plugin were loading a jQuery.

I change the configuration of the plugin to "not load Load jQuery" (because Purity III load it too) and everything goes ok
