    Try to reset your Password on Forum and then Add the New Password in JAEM .Save and try to update extensions .
    Let me know if it helps .

    You need To reset the password from Forum Profile Then add new password in JAEM > Service Manager .
    If still have problem update me with With your Forum username and password , i will test it at my end .

    Hi I checked your site and the username account u sent might be issue with password
    , On your site there is issue with Permission/ownership in JAEM as its not able to create the path here : http://prntscr.com/a371f4 and not saving the settings : http://prntscr.com/a370xu Please fix it and update will work .

    Go to JAEM > Configuration > Hide Non JA Extension > Yes > Save it . > http://prntscr.com/a370xu
    The try to update when u checked your site the settings are not saving in this part . Once it save you can update the extension .
    I try to check it but you submitted site details not working for me now .
