I added ACM-Topbar block in home-spa layout and created the Utility bar on your site .
Kindly check your site .
Module : Top bar mod id : 574
Module : Utility contact mod id : 577
You can change the load module position in JA ACM utility as per needs .

1. How and where do I change customized background color.
2. Change Font and font size of the Text within Bar
3. Increase the height of the Bar.
4. Change the social icons symbols

Also another query. I am able to see the Top Bar only on Home page inspite I have selected the module to display on all pages.

Hi
for a different topic open a different thread .
To add ja acm topbar block in other layouts go to
/templates/your JA template/tpls/ open home-spa.php
Copy code of acm-topbar and paste in other layouts just like in spa-home.php .
