Hello,
I installed the Quickstart for JA Cooper on my local machine. Everything went smoothly, and it appears that everything went well, but I have 3 lines of code that are sitting right above the JA Slideshow that read:

Notice: Undefined variable: setimagearray in C:wampwwwmodulesmod_jaslideshow2mod_jaslideshow2.php on line 85

Notice: Undefined variable: orderby in C:wampwwwmodulesmod_jaslideshow2mod_jaslideshow2.php on line 86

Notice: Undefined variable: sort in C:wampwwwmodulesmod_jaslideshow2mod_jaslideshow2.php on line 86

I have never seen this before, and really don’t have a clue where to start with fixing it.

Any thoughts?

Anyone have any ideas? These are in the JA Slideshow 2 php files, and show up directly above the slideshow on the website after I used Quickstart to install.

OK, so I did a Google search and found the answer. It appears several other people have had this same issue.

Here’s what I did:

In lines 85 and 86 of JaSlideshow2.php I defined the following:
$setimagearray = “”;
$orderby = “”;
$sort = “”;

— You know, because I googled and found several others have this same problem — and users find the bugs and fix them — wouldn’t it make sense for Joomlart to FIX IT in the download??? >:(
