    Hi Folks
    I need to put weather info into some content on my site. The script for the weather info comes from weatherzone.com.au and is as follows:

    <!–Weatherzone current weather button–>
    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”http://www.weatherzone.com.au/woys/graphic_current.jsp?postcode=2260″></script>
    <a href=”http://www.weatherzone.com.au”></a>
    <!–end Weatherzone current weather button–>

    I used this on my previous Joomla site with no problems but since I have installed Xenia, I now get the following error msg:

    “overLIB 4.10 or later is required for the HideForm Plugin”

    Does that mean anything to anyone??? (The site is currently on a test server so i can’t provide a link)

    THanks
    Iain

    Usually this one can be resolved by clearing your browser cache. Do that and then log back in to admin. Let me know if that doesn’t work and I will post a more complex resolution that requires updating overLIB.

    Hi “ITGuy”

    Cheers for the quick response. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. Checked in both IE7 and FFox 2. Interesting that the script worked on my old template (and still does for that matter).

    Appreciate any further help you can offer.

    Cheers

    Do a search for the file overlib_mini.js. If this file appears in any other directory than includes/js download the new version of overLIB from http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/download.html and update the file(s) to the newer version. Backup the old files first of course.

    Just so I’m clear, do not update the version of the file in includes/js. Just any other instance of the file. Usually this file will ship with other packages like XHTML Suite (HTMLArea3).

    Hope this is clear and helps!

    OK – I did a search for overlib_mini.js and found 2 instances. 1 in includes/js which I left alone. The second was part of the Community Builder Package in /components/com_comprofiler/js. I downloaded and reinstalled the relevant files (I think) but unfortunately this didn’t work.??? :confused: Any other ideas? (For info – the formatting is completely stuffed up when the page tries to load)

    I am most grateful for your help.
    Cheers

    Silly as this sounds, Don’t put the weather info on the site, or choose a different weather service there are many around

    Certainly an option. Would like to resolve the problem if at all possible 🙂

    Hi Folks,

    I have been scouring Joomla Forums for a solution to this – the error msg seems to be fairly common. In my index.php I saw this:

    // set for overlib check
    $mainframe->set( ‘loadOverlib’, false );

    Are there any implications of changing it to TRUE?
    Cheers
