I found something like that corner ads, http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,3720/Itemid,35/ this is the extension beinvolved but you can see the code in the php file and found out how you have to change the file to fit your interests.

I hope Joomlart will post to us how they made that cool effect with flash.
