hello
i became membership yesterday and i downloaded some templates for my site but the template files are locked . i cannot put my logo , even i cannot change the favicon or the colors of the template. from where can i unlock the files?

what i mean is that when i try via ftp to change permissions on a file it shows me that i cannot change the permission from 644 to 777 for example

Check with your web host’s technical support and have them change your permissions to 755

You NEVER want to set them to 777 – as this will allow unrestricted access to your files from virtually anyone who has – or could cleverly gain – access to your site files.
