hello
i became membership yesterday and i downloaded some templates for my site but the template files are locked . i cannot put my logo , even i cannot change the favicon or the colors of the template. from where can i unlock the files?

Check with your web host’s technical support and have them change your permissions to 755You NEVER want to set them to 777 – as this will allow unrestricted access to your files from virtually anyone who has – or could cleverly gain – access to your site files.
