When I access Teline II through Template Manager and click on the “Edit CSS” button, the file “template.css” is shown “unwriteable”. Should it be “writeable” as all the other CSS files are? and if so – how do I change the status to writeable. Also, I get error 404 (component can’t be found) when I click on a tab or menu selection in an effort to drill-down to a page/section. By the way, I am using Teline II and Joomla 1.6. Thanks for your help.
