which version of T3 plugin you are using ?
please check and update it to latest . May be its due to the older version of font awesome on your site .
Or some other reason .
If u wish me to check it , kindly edit your first post nd submit site details for JA Staff/Mods . I will check it .

This issue should not be there when u put site online .For the time go to /templates/ja_megastore/css/themes/green/frontend-edit.css
and comment this code

[class^="icon-"], [class*=" icon-"] {
    font-family: FontAwesome3 !important;
}

Save and check.
