I just submitted a ticket to update my domain name from localhost to my new domain name so that I can remove the copyright notice with my paid license in Ja Mero.

    Here is the ticket details

If you have purchased copyright removal then you will have received a PDF detailing exactly how to remove the copyright details from the template. Feel free to use those details to do so.

I did not receive any PDF. Here is the confirmation email I got at time of purchase.

Thanks. Please note that I don’t yet have a domain name to use with the copyright removal yet. I entered localhost.com as a temporary domain to enable me to make the purchase. I will be contacting you with the permanent domain as soon as I register it in the new year.

    Thanks

Nope, the PDF is in the member area in the second link in your email. Take a look there and you will see a link to the PDF. It is in te “Your payment history” section. In the column “PDF copyright removal” you will see the word “PDF” which is actually a link if you click on it. You will need to be logged on with whatever username you ade the purse with.

OK, I see the PDF now. But the question stoill remains, How do I verify my domain? Currently, the domain listed for the license is “localhost”. When I uploaded the ja_license.txt file, and click on the Verify domain link, it is still attempting to go to localhost. Please update my domain name as requested in the ticket that I submitted.

    Thanks

    hi omojesu,

you can verify your site once it is live. No need to add localhost or development domains to the system.

I added the localhost as at the time I purchased the license…entering a domain name at time of registration was mandatory and my domain wasn’t ready at the time.

BTW – The document has not been updated to reflect the new T3v3 framework.
