I’ve noticed that I have problems updating your plugins/components/any-part-of-your-products. And I don’t know the reason!

What can I do with it? Some idea?

Hello Trex,

Please make sure that you upgrade JA Extensions on your site via JA Extension Manager, our products are commercial product, so they can’t upgrade by using Joomla Update.
