    May I know why I was not able to update the below extension through the update manager?
    – JA Content Popup Module for J25 & J30
    – JA Onepage Template
    – JA Quick Contact Module for J25 & J30
    – T3 System Plugin

    Kindly refer to the screenshot as well. Tq.

    Hi kywong85,

    You need to update our JA extensions via JA Extensions Manager component yet. Below links can help you out.

    Service name: Joomalrt Update (Or your desired name).
    Service URL: http://update.joomlart.com/service/

    HI Leo,

    I had successful update T3 framework but not Onepage Template.

    It give me the following results:
    Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.

    Did you input correct username/password in Step 2 of this JAEM configuration guide ?

    Yes, I didn’t input the username and password as I though I do not need to input it. Thanks for your help.
