HI ,

I just have a new install on our live site using jatc_vintas_j32.zip.

Did you provide Joomla update package file that can update from Joomla_3.2.x_to_3.4.1?
Since the Joomla official site only provided the download file Joomla_3.4.x_to_3.4.1-Stable-Patch_Package.zip

Hi

You can also update Joomla version using the Joomla update component or install it downloading the upgrade file from HERE

Update from Joomla! 2.5, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, or 3.3 .tar.bz2 | .tar.gz | .zip

Yes, when I clicked the zip link,it still downloading a 3.4 file. (Joomla_3.4.1-Stable-Update_Package)

Because it is an update from older versions to 3.4.1 version (Stable-Update)
