I am a member of Joomlart until December 30, 2017 and I would like to update Ja Teline V but your download menu refuses me. Thank you for doing the necesary so that I can acceder.

Kindly reset your forum password and try to download again.
Also, you can use JA Extension manager component to update all JA Extensions,
Configure JAEM with your JA Account and update the template.
