February 8, 2014 at 11:09 pm #194615I set up a volunteer site for a group in town quite awhile ago and now they want to start with it 😉 (finally)
Anyhow, I loaded the JA Extension Manager to update the template and extensions before I give them a log in.
I am having problems updating.
1.) I go to the JA Extension Manager component.
2.) Find the ja university (template so I can update it.) *graphic is attached at what I am looking at
3.) When I click upload by either version I get this error:
Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
MySQL path is not configed
MySQL Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configed4.) I also have just selected “upload now” gotten the file from the downloads area here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=3403 and installed it. At that time I get a successfull message. *graphic attached
**Problem is when I come back, it still is telling me I have 1.03…. I don’t have 1.06.
Any ideas on what i need to do?
Thanks for the help!

February 9, 2014 at 8:06 am #521896Hi
There is something not correctly working in your Ja Extension manager component , it doesn’t allow to choose from where take the updates local or webserver ( Joomlart )
Could you uninstall and install again the component ?

February 9, 2014 at 5:47 pm #521929I uninstalled, and then reinstalled.
When it installs, it tells me it was successful.
But I am still getting the same error.pavit Moderatorpavit

February 10, 2014 at 4:54 am #521979For JA Extension manager, please follow this guide to solve your issue & update our extensions:
http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/How-toBut make sure that you have configured the JAEM component in the right way first.
http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Extensions_Manager/Admin_PanelRegarding this error:

3.) When I click upload by either version I get this error:
Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
MySQL path is not configed
MySQL Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configed
Please open Configuration page of JAEM, do not change anything, click “Save” button. Then try to update again.
Let me know if this helps.
