April 14, 2014 at 5:11 pm #196748Joomla advised me to update JA Tabs plugin 2.6.4. to 2.6.5
I tried to do so in JA Extensions Manager but was advised I don’t have sufficient permissions. ??
So I went to Template downloads and downloaded version 2.6.5. which I will install after I do my next backup.
So, I then looked to see if I needed to update JA Extensions Manager itself. It said there was no file in the Repository and suggested I upload one. So I tried and got the following error message:
Error[/h]JInstaller: :Install: File does not exist /home/sites/tecsa.com/public_html/joomla/tmp/install_534c142c70904/admin/installer/update/2.5.3/index.html
Question: where is the “home/sites/ ….” start of the URL coming from and is this the cause of the problem?BTW: I still see the dreaded Heartbleed SSL bug message on updates/joomlart.com subdomain.

April 14, 2014 at 5:48 pm #530851Hi there,
Before you will be able to enjoy running live updates via our JA Extensions Manager you have to:
1) Verify your web-site domain at https://www.joomlart.com/member/yourdomain.php
2) Configure the Service Manager (please see my screenshot below)Have you done these two steps?
Regards,
Alex

Apology I’ve left your above remark without a due care.
Could you please submit a Private Ticket to any of our three “Technical” departments with your findings on this matter?
Regards,
Alex
