Which JA Nex version are you using? If you want it responsive, please use the JA Nex – T3 version.

That JA Nex version is built with old JA T3v2 Framework which will not be fully responsive, it supports several popular mobile layout only.

If you want it responsive, try to switch to JA Nex (new T3 framework) with links I mentioned above but you will have to re-configure settings again.
