will there or is there already been an update of T3 framework 2 for this template? Or can I just install the plug in?

No.

JA Ores is running the T3 Framework 1 and has NOT been updated to work with latest T3 framework 2.

No commitment of date for the upgrade, but would be duly announced on the blog, when done. You can subscribe to the blog to recieve such updates.

Thats custom style given to custom_module. Feedburner will give you the code to embed in your site. Which you can embed by using Custom HTML module option in your joomla site. Then you can style it up or add your module_suffixes to make it look good.

Currently no plans to make a plugin for that.
