why there is no Teline IV J1.6.3 version available. Today I downlaod Teline IV quick start for joomla1.6 ., and foud its 1.6 . but now joomla released 1.6.3 !

Install the quickstart, and after that just update your joomla version (with Akeeba admin tools or manually with ftp).
It’s very easy & quick.
