June 7, 2016 at 7:43 pm #938630I have Joomla 3.4.8 installed and wonder if it’s safe to install version 3.5.1 in my Purity III site?
Can I just click "Install the update" with installation method "Write files directly" (see screenshot)?

June 7, 2016 at 7:51 pm #938632Hi
If you have already updated all Joomlart extensions to the latest version released , all 3rd party extensions also updated to Joomla 3.5.1 compatible versions and taked a full backup of your website ( database and folders ) then you can update it to Joomla 3.5.1 following the procedure you showed above.
To update all Joomlart extensions you can use the JA Extension manager component.
Best regards.
