Hi JoomlArt team,
I’m looking at a failing update xml file for T3 plugin and Purity III, Joomla 3.4.

example:
http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/j31/purity_iii.xml

Only manual extraction of the downloadurl and manual install using this url
leads to success.
Joomla’s update mechanism shows there is an update available,
but throws an error due to noncompliance with their rules.

my suspicion: the Joomla version

Hi @fotovi,

Please note that you can update Joomla! and its extensions via Joomla! Update only. To update our products, you must do it via JA Extensions Manager instead.
