    Hi there,

I updated JA ACM this morning, now all my data within my ACM modules has disappeared in the admin panel so I have lost all my data!!!!

Can we get a fix or do I have to restore a backup?

    Thanks,
    Richard

    Hi @adam M,

Sorry I restored a backup on a subdomain and I’m in the process of manually copying content over, I will PM you the new login info.

    Thanks,
    Richard

    Hi @adam M

I did double check the details before sending, however I have found the reason for the disappearance.

I ported the ACM to Sugite by following the guide on JA and then I changed to the Uber template. When I deleted the templates/sugite/acm files it has removed the module info from admin.

So the lesson here is that if you use ACM on a template that doesn’t support it by default, then DO NOT remove the additional /templates/yourtemplate/acm files or you will lose the content from the admin side (meaning you won’t be able to update any text, images etc)

Hope this helps others facing the same issue.

    Thanks,
    Richard
