My doubts:
When I look for updates on the module manager it shows
updates that have to be made.
But when I see the jaextmanager shows me that there is no update

That’s right it?

The version of joomla 2.5.7

I think you are using local repository option. Check the following screenshot and steps outlined in it.

I followed the script you sent me:

I marked as default,
User and password had already placed.
Upgraded JA Extensions Manager

Update all that was available.
But in Extension Manager keeps saying
JA has updates even after I cleaned
the memory ..

I tried updating JA extension manager using JA extensions manager in my localhost running Joomla 2.5.x

On refresh it did not shown “new version available”. Can you PM me your site login.. i can have a look to confirm the issue.
